Do you want your kids to listen and pay attention during your large group times? This book is for you! Sammy, the Golden Dog is the silly main character of this book. He asks the children for help learning how to act during circle time. Of course, he does the opposite first (like roll around on the rug, brings toys to the carpet, pokes his friends... all the typical things you see kids do when the school year starts.) The he learns that everyone has more fun when he has a calm body and gives friends space at carpet.
