JDEducational Refund Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

Goods that are exempt from being returned or receiving refunds:
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable PDF or Software products.
  • Digital products of any kind, including online courses. 
  • Soothing Sammy stuffed animal (if returning Soothing Sammy set, the $16.00 cost of Sammy will be deducted from total refund price.)

Partial refunds are given when:
  • Book(s) have obvious signs of use.
  • Any item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any return not requested within 10 days of delivery.

All Other Products:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned to us in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. 

10 Day Return Policy
You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of our products to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you exceed this 10-day window, no refund will be available.

A full refund includes the total cost of the products purchased less the shipping cost. Shipping charges incurred for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges that result from a refund or exchange. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund or credit.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are deducted from refunds.

Processing Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you we have received your item and whether the request for refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable period of time, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.
